"Money means freedom, which is why we empower
women to make smart financial decisions."

Money Mindset

How we think about money significantly shapes our financial reality. Beliefs from our childhood, lived family models and supposed social norms influence how we deal with our finances. The good news is that we can change this mindset at any time. Daniela Meyer and Astrid Zehbe, founders of the magazine "finanzielle", show us how.

Daniela and Astrid came up with the idea of founding a financial magazine for women based on their own experiences during parental leave. They noticed that women often become very financially dependent when they have children. Now they encourage women to learn more about finances and use this knowledge in a targeted way. They provide information about investment opportunities, give tips, organize workshops and motivate women to invest in themselves and their own future with their Female Finance events.

The first step in getting to grips with the topic of finance is to develop a positive money mindset. Daniela and Astrid have also published a book about this: "'Money just doesn't interest me'. Bullshit sentences about finances and how to free yourself from them'. This is followed by topics such as reducing debt, setting aside a nest egg, savings potential and investment strategies.

A healthy money mindset is focused on achieving financial wealth and building a balanced relationship with money. We are interested in seeing money as a tool to achieve your goals, live a comfortable life and help others. Because financial independence offers the option to say no, to free yourself from things that are not good for you and to break out of unfavorable constellations. Financial independence is the only way to achieve true empowerment.
